I appreciate any fellow war movie lover, but I wonder about some of your choices. Windtalkers is one of the worst war movies ever made- totally inaccurate and with ridiculous action scenes. U-571 has every submarine movie cliche crammed into an inaccurate retelling of the capture of an Enigma machine ("Das Boot" is much better). Memphis Belle is similar to U-571. Hart's War is entertaining, but not worthy of being called a good war movie - it's a Bruce Willis movie set in a POW camp. (Stalag 17 is much better and I won't even bother touting The Great Escape) The other choices are okay
